OpinionWay carried out a survey late April for the Havas Paris Shopper Insight / Paris Retail Week to identify the future challenges facing the retail industry. Three key trends are emerging and ushering in major changes to the relationship between brands and consumers: brands engaging with public issues, changing from a cognitive to an emotional approach, especially through artificial intelligence, and the advent of a combined online and offline model.
