In August, Manutan conducted a survey among 522 of its key account customers* in France over the last six months. The aim was to review procurement practices in companies. Digitisation is increasingly gaining traction among companies as the favourite solution for several reasons, including improving their service rate! One quarter of large organisations have adopted e-procurement solutions, particularly Punch-Out for their non-strategic purchases. However, e-procurement solutions only seem to be used in 50% of cases, which means that there is considerable room for improvement. Check out the infographic for a more detailed look.
