Manutan sets up a unique sales organisation to deliver the most effective response to its customers' needs. This three-person team comprises a Key Account Sales Manager, an Inside Sales Rep and a Customer Project Manager. This team's strength lies in the synergy of its members. Their role covers all the key stages in a partnership, such as managing and deploying the contract, providing daily support to users, proposing measures to improve performance and managing the corresponding action plans. All customers are assigned a dedicated three-person team focusing on all their projects, thereby building trust and forging a special relationship.
