The rationalisation of indirect procurement at the European level is a major source of competitiveness for companies. In addition to increased gross margins, there are induced benefits, such as greater transparency, quality control, and security of supply. It may seem like a complicated area to address, but after 10 years of assisting companies in this type of project, we have managed to identify a number of good practices. Correctly implemented, they guarantee an immediate ROI (Return On Investment), as well as continuous gains over several years.

We were able to share these insights at a recent meeting with our European customers on 20 September. It is with great pleasure that we now make them available to everyone on our blog.
