Use our evaluation questionnaire to measure your suppliers' CSR performance linked to your indirect procurement
Understanding and improving the environmental and social impact of your supply chain is a crucial step in achieving your CSR strategy. However, evaluating your suppliers' CSR performance can be challenging, especially when it comes to indirect procurement and long tail spend. This is why we have designed this supplier assessment questionnaire, consisting of nearly a hundred questions.
With such a tool, measuring your partners' CSR performance has never been easier. Thanks to an accurate and automated scoring system, you will be able to understand their maturity level, identify good practices and/or bottlenecks, and thus develop tailored action plans to progress together towards more sustainable practices.
Our questionnaire examines three categories of criteria:
Environment: management systems, greenhouse gas and air emissions, energy consumption, water and waste management, packaging, pollution prevention, transport...;
Social: workplace management, health and safety, discrimination, freedom of association, harassment, remuneration and working hours;
Governance: accountability, grievances and corrective actions, supplier management, stakeholder involvement and disclosure.
Marine Varret, Group CSR Offer and Supply Chain Manager: "This tool enables the identification of suppliers with the best practices and those that need guidance over time. Of course, it is up to each company to use other evaluation methods such as on-site audits or international audits, depending on the risk profile of each supplier. Ultimately, this evolving mapping offers great development opportunities for the entire ecosystem."
If you are ready to evaluate your suppliers' CSR performance, this questionnaire template is for you.
