The Marketing Automation Lead is responsible for defining, organizing and leading the project related to the Marketing Automation Strategy. He/She will ensure coordination with CRM Dynamics in order to optimize use of the tools and better serve marketing and business objectives. 

The Marketing Automation Lead will work directly with the Customer Lifecyle manager, the Lead Management lead, the Tool & Deployment lead and will train local Customer Relationship Marketing Managers on Selligent so that they can plug local campaigns if necessary and implement triggers for the group. 

At the Central Level you will 

  • Define, organize and drive a project, in the respect of the Business needs. 

  • Define needs with key users, write functional specifications. 
  • Organize the project with stakeholders 
  • Make the global planning 
  • Chose the technical solution with IT Project Manager 
  • Provide ad hoc configurations for automation based on local requirements. 
  • Integrate trigger workflows into Selligent  
  • Improve automated campaigns through A/B testing 
  • Act as a bridge with IT teams for the evolution of tools on marketing automation 
  • Ensure coordination with CRM project manager 
  • Improve Lead Management process 
  • Define and track KPIs 

At the Locale Level you will :

  • Train the local Customer Relationship Marketing on Selligent and notably how to implement local campaigns

About You

You have acquired between 5 and 10 years of professional experience ideally in  a similar position and within an international environment. B2B retail environment experience will also be a plus. You are recognized for your rigor and flawless organization. 

You are curious, proactive and know how to show rigor in the missions that are entrusted to you on a daily basis. You are sensitive to meeting deadlines and have a great sense of organization.

You like to do things seriously without taking yourself too seriously, you are committed, simple, benevolent and have a sense of customer service.

You have an experience with Marketing Automation and management project. You have also a strong experience in Selligent.
