After a 30-year career, I'm now heading back to school to take a course on leadership and management! I was offered this opportunity as part of the Learning Policy implemented within Manutan. Despite the challenge of going back to studying after so many years, I'm really happy to take a course that is going to broaden my horizons and give me so much on both a professional and personal level. Whether face-to-face learning or involvement in conferences or webinars, there are many different types of training at Manutan. Learning is both encouraged and supported, so that everyone can grow according to their aspirations and at their own pace.
