Abdellah Diawara talks about his two years’ experience as a trainee at Manutan France, on video.

After his baccalaureate, Abdellah joined the Sport dans la Ville mentorship programme and he describes their mission as follows: “It’s a charity that supports young people from high-priority neighbourhoods on the path to success through sports and by passing on important values such as, helping one another, respect for all and going beyond one’s limits.”

The Manutan group, a historic partner of Sport dans la Ville, is also taking part in this programme. This is how Abdellah met Aurélie Bousseau, Process & Methods project manager at Manutan France “with whom I shared a similar background, and above all common interests, so we matched straight away!” , explains this young football fanatic. 

Then, Aurélie became his mentor and Abdellah joined the Customer Relations Department as a customer manager, working and studying part-time. After two years in the field and with a BTS qualification in negotiation and digitalisation of the customer relationship under his belt, Abdellah wanted to continue his studies and training in a company.  He was then offered new part-time work and a study position in the Sales Department. Since the autumn, he has been a trainee Key Accounts sales advisor with one aim: to continue to learn and improve his skills!
