Chaimae Benkhadija tells us about her career path within the Manutan Group, from a work-study programme to the position of IT Project Manager.
Two years ago, Chaimae Benkhadija joined the Manutan Group as part of her Master's degree in Production Management, Logistics and Purchasing at the Université Paris-Saclay. She started her work-study programme as an EDI Supplier Project Manager, then continued in her second year as an IT Project Manager.
Her job is “to take care of the corrective and adaptive functional management of the JML tool as well as Change, therefore organise training sessions dedicated to HR staff and the managers concerned at Group level.”
At the end of her work-study programme, Chaimae was offered the opportunity to take up this position on a full-time basis. Completely fulfilled in her job and team, she decided to officially start her career at Manutan.
According to Chaimae, three words sum up the working atmosphere perfectly: “caring, international and productive.” She also recommends that future work-study students try this adventure: “you’ll grow a lot professionally as well as in human terms within very successful teams and you’ll be supported by competent tutors!”
At Manutan, we place importance on supporting all our young talent in their professional development. If you want to join a caring company that gives you opportunities, check out our work/study programme vacancies.
