Julien Poisson, Group Demand & Replenishment Director, shares his professional journey within the Manutan Group.
Julien joined the Manutan Group five years ago as a Sales Forecast Manager. Over the years, he has progressed, and his scope of responsibilities has expanded. "Initially, I managed two entities within the Group: one in France and the other in the Netherlands. Now, I oversee all European entities within the Manutan Group.
Today, he serves as the Group Demand & Replenishment Director. He leads a team of about ten people, overseeing sales forecasts and replenishments for our 16 logistic platforms spread across Europe.
Passionate about running and football, he regularly trains at our Sports Center. This unique facility, located at the heart of our European campus, offers a variety of activities. "We even have the opportunity to have sports coaches at our disposal!" he adds. For him, it's a fantastic way to stay fit while strengthening bonds with colleagues.
Recently, he committed to the Climate Fresco. It's a playful and collaborative tool aimed at raising awareness about climate change. Alongside two colleagues, he underwent training to lead these workshops within the company! It's a commendable initiative that advances our considerations for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
