Fabrice Gicquère, Customer Relationship Director in charge of Projects, Methods and Training at Manutan France, talks about his career and development within the company and gives a few precious tips about applying to work at Manutan. 

A look back on Fabrice Gicquère’s development within Manutan France 

In March 2006, Fabrice Gicquère joined Manutan France as Supply Manager. He then had the opportunity to occupy different positions such as process and methods manager for the warehouse and then for customer operations.

I had the fortune to be supported throughout my development at Manutan, through different training courses, mainly surrounding work methods focused on continuous process improvement,’ explains Fabrice Gicquère

Today, Customer Relationship Director in charge of Projects, Methods and Training, he is in charge of three departments: 

  • The customer relationship department, which has 90 people, 
  • The department concerning methods and projects, comprising 3 people, 
  • The training department, comprising 3 people.
