Employee profile: Julien Baudron, activity manager

Julien Baudron tells us about his career up to activity manager in the Manutan France Customer Relations Department.

 

Motivated and ambitious, Julien joined the Manutan Group in 2005 as a handler in the Logistics Department. He gained experience and three years later, became the logistics teams manager. After ten years in this role, he wanted to change direction and was attracted by sales. He then became activity manager in the Customer Relations Department.

What he likes most of all is the team spirit that reigns in his department, in daily contact with customers. I love this team cohesion and enthusiasm which have the sole aim of satisfying our customers. And all in a spirit of friendliness and amicability,” he explains.

At Manutan, we love Human Relations and Goodwill. Julien also shares this mantra: “As a local manager, I place lots of importance on the interactions people have with others. I’m convinced that care is one of the main keys to creating a trusting relationship with the teams.”
