We are looking for our new Customer Insights Analyst ! 

The Customer Insights Analyst is responsible for the design and execution of customer and market research studies and for delivering analysis, thoughtful recommendations through and compelling presentations to better know customers, support business decisions and maximize business value.  

The Customer Insights Analyst utilizes various information sources and listening and research techniques to develop an in-depth knowledge of customers and their context: satisfaction and recommendation levers, needs and expectations, behavior trends, competitors.

Responsibilities and Missions

Central Level

Design and conduct customer and market research projects

  • In collaboration with the Customer Insights Manager, devise, design and plan projects
  • Executive and analyze quantitative and qualitative customer market research studies using appropriate methodologies and tools
  • Understand patterns within a large quantity of data and reference key characteristics using visualization techniques.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of market research and analysis
  • Keep internal clients proactively informed on the progress of projects
  • In charge of the operational relation with external agencies and market research companies, when needed.

Communicate effectively insights

  • Turn Voice of customer listening and research findings into actionable insights, recommendations and business solutions and opportunities
  • Develop impactful communication and presentation
  • Proactively share and present market research reports and data analysis and key learnings across the organization

Voice of Customer platform and tools

  • Help to build and implement the new voice of customer platform and tools for the group
  • Support deployment of the VoC platform, tools and common methodologies
  • Watch for evolutions and innovations in customer listening and insights (methodologies, best practices...) to continuously improve and anticipate changes

Integrate market and competition watch to the studies

  • Partner with Competitive intelligence manager in M&A team to share and integrate competitive insights into market researches and set up complementary watch if necessary

Local Level

  • Collect local insights and researches (From Customer & Market Listening)
  • Lead and help to run central customer and market research projects locally
  • Help to implement and run Voice of customer platform

Qualités et compétences requises

You have a Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Market Research, competitive intelligence or related fields required and at least 4 years of experience in market research companies, or market/competitive intelligence agencies, consulting in an international context.

Key Competencies

  • Experience in customer listening, market research studies and market intelligenc
  • Hands-on experience in the design, execution, and analysis of different quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, utilizing databases, integrating and translating information into high-value insights.
  • Solid organization, project management, time management, and planning skills
  • Ability to synthesize lots of information and distill it into meaningful actionable insights
  • Experience with statistical software, survey research tools, data vizualisation tools
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
