As part of the massive development of our offer, a strategic axis at Manutan, we are creating a position of Business Process Owner Group within the Offer Extension Department, attached to the Offer and Supply Operations Department at Manutan's international headquarters. Our objective is to drastically expand the product offering at our European sites to meet customer needs, while ensuring optimal content quality and on-time delivery.

As part of the Group Extension Offer, you will be in charge of formalising, implementing and/or improving business processes, deploying artificial intelligence and automation projects, monitoring their performance in order to eliminate non-value added tasks and finding efficiency levers in our organisation.

You will report to the Head of Group Offer Extension



  • Evaluate treatment priorities in relation to the needs/pains for offer extension and other stakeholders.
  • Establish a roadmap and coordinate owners.
  • Describe and optimise existing processes and design the necessary new processes in collaboration with other relevant departments.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure process deployment


As the user's application liaison, you will contribute to the implementation of projects and their follow-up.

  • Gathering needs, identifying expectations from users and business stakeholders by organising workshops with the various teams involved.
  • Ensure the interface between the business teams and the project teams
  • Contribute to functional acceptance tests and validate deliveries
  • Implement and monitor the deployment of tools
  • Communicating about the changes made, formalising the documentation and training materials.
  • Reporting on tool development needs and monitoring progress


  • Optimising existing reports to track key KPI's (with BI)
  • Creation of new reports
  • Supporting teams in the use/analysis of AI and big data

English and French Fluent


Gonesse - This position requires you to be available for regular travel within the group.
