Contexte du recrutement

Within Manutan International, the Marketing Automation Lead is responsible for the implementation of the triggersinto Selligent. He/She will ensure coordination with CRM Dynamics in order to optimize use of the tools and better serve marketing and business objectives.

The Marketing Automation Lead will work directly with the Customer Lifecyle manager and will train local Customer Relationship Marketing Managers on Selligent so that they can plug local campaigns if necessary.

Main Responsibilities 

 Central level :

  • Integrate trigger workflows into Selligent
  • Provide ad hoc configurations for automation based on local requirements
  • Improve automated campaigns through A/B testing
  • Act as a bridge with IT teams for the evolution of tools on marketing automation
  • Ensure coordination with CRM project manager
  • Improve Lead Management process
  • Define and track KPIs

Local Level :

  • Train the local Customer Relationship Marketing on Selligent and notably how to implement local campaigns
