Contexte du recrutement

Within Manutan International, the Marketing Delivery Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of the Marketing Brand & Planning strategy and best-in-class execution of all programs across the group.

He/she will be in charge of the management of the team working on:

a) technical implementation of digital campaigns;

b) deployment of marketing processes & tools to track and manage communications;

c) management of the production of campaigns (print, translation, graphic design, images) 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Define the processes to execute all elements of the marketing plan, taking inputs from all design teams : Customer experience, eCommerce, Branding, Content, Media, Trade Marketing. Ensure alignment of Siscos via Marketing Directors and other key stakeholders.
  • Define KPIs and processes to report, control, correct
  • Identify areas for rationalization of process, ensuring efficiency improvements in marketing activities. Propose action plans and drive execution
  • Establish and identify timelines, priorities and deliverables to ensure goals are met to stakeholders
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, training representatives and evaluating outcomes
  • Forecast and identify areas enhancing customer-centric value plus improve marketing-return-on-investment for entire business
  • Assist routine implementation of marketing activities plus campaigns throughout multiple channels and institutions via organization marketing management system
  • Keeps management informed by preparing reports, making presentations, interpreting information, making recommendations
  • Maintain equipment by coordinating requirements with IT services departments, examine state-of-the-art technology, recommend upgrades and control installations
  • Oversee the development and implementation of social media initiatives
