Responsabilités et MissionsWithin offer marketing Department, the Marketing Product Manager deploys relevant market category management strategy, by buidling a qualitative 'one stop shop' range of products to answer customer needs, boosting the market business (sales turnover, margin, total cost of ownership) and steering market product offer PLC management?, maintenance and constant optimization.
Market Category Management Strategy definition and deployment :
- Master category management methodology and act as category management referent for his/her assigned markets
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders, present and deploy category management studies and action plans to bring concrete results: best/better/good building, strategic and long tail products, pricing positioning...
- Define and deploy his/her product referencing roadmap through all referencing modes (GSR, Unit, PDX...) with keeping the right consistency between Group and Market offers
- Select and publish Strategic products (best sellers, top recruiters, price fighters, CSR...) at the right positioning and at the right level of quality (content/price/delivery time)Ensure the right price positionning of the offer in collaboration with the Pricing department
- Deploy the trade marketing actions and support the sales department.
Communication and analysis
- Analyze and explain root causes of the success stories/under performances of his/her categories, gathering and using data
- Collaborate with Offer and Supply main stakeholders (purchase, supply chain, emerch, pricing, trade marketing, sales...)
- Enhance his/her network with their stakeholders such as customer marketing, sales, ecommerce, finance...
Process improvement
- Propose and deploy in autonomy concrete solutions to improve processes
- Lead some projects of improvement for category management department
- Coordinate business actions with our different stakeholders regarding his/her product categories performances development.
Corporate Social Responsibility
- Support Offer and Supply organization in deploying CSR processes and procedures within assigned markets.
