As part of a replacement, Manutan is looking for a Process Efficiency Manager (M/F).

Responsibilities & missions

We offer you the opportunity to take on different missions daily:

You are responsible for supporting key process owners in driving efficiency and digitalisation initiatives that are supporting the key priorities of the organisation (OKRs) and aligned to the overall business strategy of the Manutan Group.

You work closely with business functional process owners to identify and define efficiency improvement opportunities and coach and support these teams on how to best apply lean six sigma methodology and available tools throughout the projects.

You challenge the status quo and act as a sparring partner for the project team and process owners. You make the necessary links and ?connecting the dots' between projects for the best overall outcome.

You maintain an overall view of all current and potential process efficiency projects across the business and develop a dashboard to report and communicate the relevant efficiency metrics and progress made against targets.

You have a good understanding of business processes across all functions from marketing to operations and finance. Also, you have previous experience with technology/tools that support efficiency (RPA, automation tools etc.) and be knowledgeable in implementing efficiency/automation improvements.

You are responsible for putting at the heart, the voice of customers and support operational processes owners to improve the experience they provide to the customers, suppliers and employees, whilst increasing the level of efficiency.

You are also responsible to lead, activate and communicate with the Manutan lean six sigma community - currently consisting of approx. 90 employees who have received formal training - to share best practices and successes stories and to stimulate the continuous improvement mentality throughout the organisation.

Finally you need to have experience of various six sigma tools.

Main deliverables:

  • Portfolio and pipeline of projects to drive efficiency through process improvement and digitalisation/automation.
  • Coach and support project teams by providing them the required tools to deliver high level of efficiencies and automation in their own function.
  • Report and communicate key metrics and progress against objectives.


Main KPI's:

  • Level of Efficiency (through process improvement, simplification, and automation)

Qualités et compétences requises

Relevant previous background in a Process Efficiency role with significant experience is necessary.

  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certified
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Data and efficiency driven with a continuous improvement mindset

Gonesse - This position requires you to be available for regular travel within the group.
