Within Manutan International, the SEM Manager is responsible of Manutan for  organic and paid traffic management. The SEM Manager will be in charge of ensuring the coherence between SEA and SEO strategy, as well as SMO development plan across the group. The SEM Manager will manage the SEM Team, composed of 3 people (SEA Traffic Manager, SEA Project Manager, SEO Specialist) and will be in charge of spreading the SEM culture in all Manutan

Missions et Responsabilités :

  • Define the global SEM Strategy strategy and global KPIs
  • Monitor organic and paid traffic activity to ensure coherence and avoid cannibalization. Tracks the business's pages online performance with an outlook of the amount of traffic generated and also of the sales that result
  • Directly manage the business's SEM programs through its design, development and management, including formulation of SEM campaign structures, keyword management and research, landing page optimization and any other capability that is necessary for the business to drive revenue generation, hit key metrics, and maximize results.
  • Support the SEO Specialist by providing strategies to ensure that the online pages on various search engines rank as high as possible
  • Prioritize topics to work on globally- i.e attribution model
  • Emphasize ?beyond the click' metrics in order to ensure maximization of sales conversions and consumer Return on Investment
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on how to modify/evolve the digital strategy
  • Keep the SEM department abreast of the latest trends in the industry, constantly conducting research on the SEM community and implementing the latest appropriate SEM strategies
  • Sponsor throught his/her team and chamption a ?test, measure, and refine' approach in order to consistently improve on the SEM program results and enhance the impact of online marketing for the profitability of the business spread the digital culture within Manutan 
  • animate a digital community with all local digital project managers and Marketing Directors
