In the DATA department, our Data analysts Lead is in charge of the definition and execution of the Data strategy, and ensures its alignment with the enterprise's business. As a member of the Business Technology leadership team, he/she participates in and contributes to overall enterprise business strategy development, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of leveraging data for the Group.

This will require strong leadership, as Data analysts Lead will manage changes to the culture and to the operating model. While developing competencies such as strong service culture and collaborative relationships, he must understand how the business organization works, and what their drivers and issues are. He needs solid technical experience, strong project management acumen and management skills in a context of change management on multi-sites in an international context.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Use advanced analytics methods to extract value from business data
  • Build data-driven models to answer business questions
  • Establish the culture and articulate a vision and roadmap for the exploitation of data as a valued corporate asset
  • Conduct research on techniques and tools in machine learning/deep learning/artificial intelligence
  • Influence product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations and evangelize best practices to analytics and products teams
  • Manage, animate the data analysts teams across the Group (including Web analysts, Business Intelligence, Data science)
  • Pilot, monitor and improve the KPIs on creating value and facilitating data-driven decisions

Qualités et compétences requises

Job Requirements


Education and Experience
Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or other closely-related field or equivalent work experience. Five or more years of team management in cross-functional teams, working with senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.

Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading transformational initiatives.

Knowledge/Skills
  • Leadership, management, convictions and vision on data strategy
  • Seek to understand business needs and get results that have a clear, positive, and direct impact on business performance
  • Can work with data to identify patterns and rapidly acquire new knowledge and learn new skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders,  and business concepts to data workforce.
  • Knowledge of data management and visualization techniques
  • Good knowledge of R, Python
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
