The Role

We are looking for an eProcurement Project & Support Specialist who will be responsible for setting up, managing, and supporting eProcurement solutions, contributing to the digitalization of our customers' purchasing processes.

You will act as a key interface between customers, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring successful project delivery and ongoing support. This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining project management, technical implementation, and customer interaction.

Major responsibilities                                         

  • Manage end-to-end eProcurement projects: from scoping and design to implementation and go-live
  • Configure and implement customer-specific solutions (including Electronic catalogs and customized catalog files ; PunchOut integrations via ERP systems (e.g., AX2012, Navision) and web platforms)
  • Approval workflows and purchasing configurations
  • Ensure successful technical integration with customer systems, in collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners
  • Support transactional document integrations (e.g., order, invoice flows) in coordination with stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, promoting eProcurement solutions and supporting commercial activities
  • Monitor solution performance, create reports, and analyze data to improve customer outcomes                                

Qualités et compétences requises

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience in eProcurement, technical support, or project-based roles
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, Digital purchasing processes and eCommerce/webshop environments
  • Basic understanding (nice to have) of: Electronic data formats and integrations (e.g., XML, UBL, ESB)
  • Strong affinity with IT systems, automation, and transactional processes
