MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of a replacement within our Purchasing & Sourcing team, and to support the ongoing development of our activities, we are looking for a Group Sourcing Purchaser (M/F).
You will be responsible for ensuring purchasing performance across cost, quality, lead times, and compliance, while fostering sustainable supplier partnerships.
 

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize Group‑level sourcing activities
• Drive cost‑performance initiatives while ensuring quality and compliance
• Conduct international negotiations — especially in Asian markets
• Monitor supplier performance and deploy continuous improvement plans
• Manage cross‑functional projects in multicultural environments
• Build long‑term, strategic, and sustainable supplier relationships

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Purchasing, International Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Proven experience in international sourcing (Asia exposure is a strong asset)
• Strong negotiation and supplier performance management skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across countries
• Highly organized, rigorous, and business‑oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and French
