Personal Data Protection Trainee H/F (internship)

Mission

As a Personal Data Protection trainee, you will join the Legal Department and work alongside the Group's Data Protection Officer (DPO). You will be directly involved in a comprehensive audit of the company's processing activities register, using the OneTrust platform. Your role will be to help assess the completeness, accuracy and compliance of the register with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR and local legislation).

• Strong interest in personal data protection, GDPR compliance and privacy governance.
• Thoroughness, analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (both are mandatory).
• Ability to interact with various business departments to gather and validate processing information.

• Communication: ability to clearly explain regulatory requirements and draft precise audit reports.
• Critical thinking: analyzing processing records and asking the right questions to identify compliance gaps.
• Attention to detail: in order to detect errors, missing data and inconsistencies in the processing register.

• Time management: prioritizing tasks and meeting the audit milestones.

Experience, background and training

• Master's student (Bac+4/5) in law, data protection, compliance, or information systems with a specialization in data privacy.
• At least one previous internship or professional experience in another company in the field of data protection, legal compliance, or privacy governance.
• Hands-on experience with OneTrust or, at a minimum, proven experience conducting a similar processing register audit.
