Prescillia shares insights into her role as a Tender Project Manager and her daily life at Manutan Group.
Prescillia joined Manutan Group a decade ago as a Customer Service Representative. A few years later, she made a strategic shift in her career by moving into the tender department. She progressed from a Tender Officer to her current role as a Tender Project Manager.
Today, her mission involves overseeing the tender process from project preparation to finalising the contract. As the conductor of this intricate process, she collaborates with various departments, including purchasing, logistics, sales, and customer relations.
What she appreciates most about her colleagues is their sense of humour and teamwork! In fact, she makes it a point to start each day by enjoying a good cup of coffee with them.
When she's not at her desk, Prescillia can be found on the badminton court! At our Sports Centre, she trains up to four times a week with her colleagues and our certified sports coach. At lunchtime, she can rely on our in-house restaurant to refuel with healthy, seasonal, and homemade dishes.
