Manutan, Winner of the IDET Awards 2023!

On Thursday, November 23, 2023, the 17th edition of the IDET Awards (Inspire and Develop Work Environments) took place at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. On this occasion, the Manutan Group had the honor of being awarded the winner in the category 'Work Environment Team of the Year.' This recognition highlights the commitment and dynamism of the team, which works daily to enhance the employee experience.

The department, led by Nathalie Cara, Director of Work Environment, oversees the Gonesse campus (Île-de-France), which brings together more than 700 employees. It manages both the on-site living environment and services for employees, mobility, events, the restaurant, and the sports centre.

In all dimensions of campus life, the team promotes well-being, development, and inclusion. This aligns with our company mission: 'enterprising for a better World.' In this spirit, the team has recently established a partnership with the Novosports association to support inclusive sports.

Through this partnership, the goal is to make our 1,000 m2 Sports Centre available to three local associations selected by Novosports, namely Cap’devant, APAJH, and Compagnie DK-BEL. Their members enjoy the facilities and sports equipment every Friday morning, alongside our employees.
