Manutan is among the winners of the “Sentez-vous Sport” Awards

This year, Manutan is among the laureates of the 10th edition of the “Sentez-vous Sport” Awards, in the category of "strategy, management, and well-being in companies with +250 employees." This recognition highlights our sports project, aimed at enabling each employee to thrive and progress.

Since its inception, the Manutan Group has placed the well-being and development of its employees at the core of its strategy. This is how our Sports Center came into existence within our European center in Gonesse, Val d'Oise.

For more than 10 years now, we have been implementing a comprehensive program. An in-house team, supported by organizations, partners, and external educators, offers about fifteen sports activities each week and flagship events throughout the year. It is a strong project, supported by our General Management, playing a key role in the quality of life of our employees.

A few figures about our sports project:

• 2 in-house sports educators
• 3 flagship partnerships: Sport dans la Ville, the French Federation of Corporate Sports, and Novosports
• 1/3 of employees enrolled
• Overall satisfaction rating of 4.59/5
