Manutan rallies to support everyone’s health

The Manutan Group regularly carries out charitable initiatives in aid of causes that it holds dear and raises its employees’ awareness of public health issues. For several years, it has focused on breast cancer and mental health in October.

A wave of support for ‘Pink October’ in France

At Manutan France, specialist in the distribution of equipment for companies and local authorities, fund-raising was organised via M’link, the sharing and referral platform. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, €1,205 was donated through the initiative to the charity ‘Ruban Rose’ (Pink Ribbon), to fight breast cancer.

At Casal Sport, a dozen people took part in various solidarity races (the ‘Strasbourgeoise’, the ‘Molshémienne’ and the ‘Foulée rosée’ (pink stride) in Puget-sur-Argens) which raised funds for the same cause.

A day to take care of our mental health in the United Kingdom

For their part, Manutan UK, specialist in the distribution of equipment for companies and local authorities, and Rapid Racking, shelving and storage solution specialist, organised an event for World Mental Health Day on 10 October.

The employees took part in a grand tombola which raised more than a hundred euros for the charity ‘Mind’. They were also able to attend an online conference on ‘Change, the future and anxiety management’.
