Its mission is to empower children and young people to thrive and achieve their full potential. This commitment is realised through tangible actions: team volunteering, support for charitable organisations, and key local partnerships. Since its inception, the Findel Foundation has invested over £200,000. This funding has enabled the development and implementation of diverse programmes, putting children at the heart of every initiative.

Highlights from this year:

• Over 600 pupils supported daily through our partnership with the Greggs Foundation, ensuring children start their day with a healthy breakfast.
• 28% of employees engaged in community initiatives, contributing nearly 700 hours of volunteer work.
• More than 350 students benefited from career preparation insights, including professional life discussions and mock interviews.
• Over 2,400 trees planted in collaboration with Ecologi, reinforcing our commitment to reducing carbon emissions.
