Manutan Establishes a Dedicated AI Team 

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is creating countless opportunities across all areas of business. After an initial exploratory phase led by a project team, a formal governance structure is now being established within the Manutan Group to securely leverage the potential of these technologies. 

This team is sponsored by Armelle Lavoisy, Group Director of Information and Transformation. It consists of four members passionate about new technologies: Patrick Huser, Head of AI; Marc Gillot, who is focused on the Business Technology sector; Christine de Saint-Mihil, responsible for projects and data; and Allan Barbot, who provides cross-functional support to the team. 

Together, they aim to facilitate the adoption of AI within our company while fostering the emergence of impactful ideas. “We want every employee to embrace these technologies to find solutions to their business challenges,” says Patrick Huser. 

The team is dedicated to establishing a technical and governance framework to support these initiatives, while ensuring security, compliance, ethics, and confidentiality. This initial step will pave the way for effectively managing the project portfolio, transforming each idea into a real success.
