The story began in 1966, when André Guichard and his son, Jean-Pierre, founded their company with an innovative B2B distribution model in France: mail-order sales. Over time, the business expanded through European growth, the acquisition of specialised subsidiaries, digital transformation, logistics automation, and the structuring of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.
