Our export department, supported by our local partners, assists organisations worldwide with their purchasing needs. This includes an all-in-one range of products and services, enabling them to operate efficiently and sustainably on a daily basis.

To date, we offer over 850,000 product references, covering all operational requirements. As a distributor, we ensure product quality and traceability, along with comprehensive documentation. On top of this, we provide tailored services to meet specific needs: 2D/3D layout plans, customised sourcing, implementation of e-procurement solutions, and more.

Drawing on our expertise, we deliver an end-to-end customer experience — from product advice to after-sales support, including transport and customs. Our team is skilled in managing all delivery modes with Incoterms®, regardless of the destination or borders involved.

Local partners who make the difference

To strengthen our presence abroad, we rely on a wide network of commercial partners located across the globe. These representatives serve as the local point of contact for our international customers and prospects. Being based in the same regions, they understand the local challenges and are able to arrange meetings and conduct site visits.

These trusted partners cover most of French-speaking Africa, the French overseas territories, and more recently, the Middle East*. In fact, we have just established a partnership with a new representative who has been based in Dubai for 25 years. Their area of operation includes Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.
