Moov’with Manutan: highlights from the 2024/25 cohort
For the past five years, the Manutan Group has been running Moov’with Manutan, its acceleration programme dedicated to start-ups, in partnership with Moovjee. Through this initiative, the European leader in B2B e-commerce supports young entrepreneurs each year as they develop high-impact projects. As the 2024/25 edition is now closed, the winners and their mentors look back on a year of collaboration in a video testimonial.
Tailored guidance
At the heart of the programme lies personalised support. Each entrepreneur works closely with two sponsors from across the Manutan Group, who share their sector expertise, strategic insights and practical advice adapted to the start-up’s specific challenges.
Alexandra Samyn, Director of Circular Economy Operations at the Manutan Group, mentored Rewake, a start-up specialising in re-using scientific and laboratory equipment. She went straight to the source, visiting their premises in Montreuil (93) to guide them as effectively as possible. “During our visit to Rewake’s warehouses, we were able to see how they operate. It helped us pinpoint the priority issues we could explore further,” she explains.
Workshops rich in learning
Throughout the year, regular touchpoints are organised, such as our Start-up Mornings. These gatherings are designed as genuine idea labs where winners and in-house experts exchange knowledge and best practices. Each session focuses on key topics for growing early-stage businesses, tailored to their needs: lead generation, SEM strategy, and more.
These workshops help entrepreneurs structure their projects, as Sofian Belahouel, founder of AI Road, explains: “I was really able to understand how to steer commercial development by looking at KPIs relevant to my project, especially for building out our mobile app.”
A transformative experience
The programme also offers full immersion within our ecosystem, fostering openness, transparency and a friendly atmosphere. By joining Moov’with Manutan, start-ups experience first-hand how our teams work, discovering our unique workplace environment, strong company culture and long-term vision of sustainable performance.
Alban Catoire, Co-founder and COO of Rewake, shares his impression: “The first time I visited Manutan’s offices, I found a very warm and welcoming place, with a team spirit that made me want to take that energy with me on my entrepreneurial journey.”
