An unforgettable evening celebrating Manutan’s 60th anniversary

10 July 2026

On 19 June, Manutan Group celebrated its 60th anniversary with a special evening at the Polo Club at Domaine de Chantilly. The event brought together almost 500 guests, including our employees, customers, suppliers, partners and members of the wider Manutan community. It was a celebration defined by togetherness and purpose – reflecting the values that have shaped our business for the past six decades.

Celebrating 60 years of shared success

Since 1966, Manutan Group has grown through the dedication of its employees and the trust of its wider ecosystem. This anniversary provided the perfect opportunity to bring together the people who, day after day, continue to shape our unique entrepreneurial journey.

Three generations of the founding family were present for the occasion: Jean-Pierre Guichard, one of the company's founders, Xavier Guichard, Executive Chairman, and his daughter, Clara. Together, they embody the continuity of a business that has remained true to its values while continually evolving through a long-term vision.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Domaine de Chantilly, guests enjoyed a memorable evening filled with highlights, including a polo match demonstration, inspiring speeches and moments that celebrated the Group's history and achievements.

The evening also provided an opportunity to recognise the winners of our internal competition, whose outstanding sporting and creative projects reflected the passion and talent of our people. We were equally proud to honour colleagues celebrating more than 35 years with the company, recognising their dedication, loyalty and lasting contribution to Manutan's success.

A celebration with purpose

True to our mission of Enterprising for a better World, the anniversary also reflected our commitment to making a positive impact. Throughout the evening, employees were invited to vote for the charitable organisation they wished to support via our "Commitment Tree".

They could choose from three long-standing partner organisations:

  • Clubhouse France, which supports mental health and social inclusion.
  • Fondation Simplon, dedicated to promoting digital inclusion and improving access to employment.
  • Agir pour la Petite Enfance, which works to advance inclusive education and the wellbeing of young children.

Following the event, each organisation received a donation of €2,000 in support of the meaningful work they carry out and the causes that matter to our people.

The evening was a true reflection of who we are: united, committed and forward-looking. Above all, it was an opportunity to thank the people who have made Manutan's story possible over the past 60 years – and who continue to write its future together.
