Celebrating innovation at Manutan Group
Once again this year, Manutan Group brought its teams together for Newness, a day entirely dedicated to innovation. On this occasion, our 25 subsidiaries and more than 2,400 employees across Europe showcased the bold, inspiring projects that support a shared ambition: to sustainably enhance the customer experience while building the company of tomorrow. Organised by employees, for employees, this event has become one of our flagship communication rituals, firmly focused on the future.
An offering aligned with organisations’ key challenges
This latest edition highlighted how our product offering continues to evolve in response to the major challenges organisations face today: competitiveness and decarbonisation. It was an opportunity to revisit the launch of “Our Best Prices”, a new range of essential, reliable products that are readily available at low cost, an ideal solution for businesses keeping a close eye on their budgets.
The event also placed strong emphasis on the many solutions we provide to help companies and public sector organisations decarbonise their purchasing. Employees (re)discovered the latest developments in our eco-responsible product range, our circular services (collection and recovery, rental, and more), and the key tools we offer to guide customers in their decision-making. These include our environmental impact score, CSR dashboards, and our indirect procurement optimisation methodology, Savin’side®.

AI and data driving efficiency
Newness also provided an opportunity to explore several major initiatives powered by Artificial Intelligence and data. From data extraction that is up to four times faster to automated document analysis, AI is now being embedded in our day-to-day business practices.
One standout example is project detection within the Sales Department. With the support of three new external tools, our sales teams are now able to identify and act on workspace planning projects at an earlier stage, as well as respond more effectively to tenders issued by customers and prospects.
This momentum is equally visible within our Product Marketing Department. Thanks to tools developed in-house by our teams, image production has been industrialised and significantly enhanced. Processing is automated, turnaround times are sharply reduced, and content quality has improved considerably.
Once again, Newness demonstrates the strength and commitment of our collective efforts in delivering meaningful, responsible innovation. More than ever, this annual event reflects our determination to drive change, transform sustainably, and anticipate the major developments shaping our market.
