Manutan Group joins the territorial endowment fund for equal opportunities

Committed to helping build a better society, Manutan Group is proud to be one of the founding corporate supporters of the Territorial Endowment Fund for Equal Opportunities in Val-d'Oise. This pioneering initiative, launched by the Val-d'Oise Departmental Directorate for Employment, Labour and Solidarity (DDETS), encourages organisations to work together in creating a more inclusive, resilient and equitable local community. 

A national first 

The first initiative of its kind in France, the Fund brings together committed organisations from across the region around a shared ambition: reducing inequalities and supporting local projects that deliver meaningful social impact. 

It represents a collective effort in which public and private sector organisations join forces to promote inclusion, equal opportunities and access to employment. Led by the Val-d'Oise DDETS in partnership with the "Les entreprises s'engagent" network, the initiative already brings together more than twenty corporate donors. 

Together, these organisations are supporting projects that address a range of key social challenges, including social and professional integration, the inclusion of people with disabilities, entrepreneurship in disadvantaged neighbourhoods, tackling digital exclusion, and encouraging intergenerational collaboration in the workplace. 

An initiative closely aligned with our purpose 

With its European Headquarters based in Gonesse, at the heart of Val-d'Oise, Manutan Group is among the first companies to support this initiative, which closely reflects our corporate purpose: "Enterprising for a better World."
