Our CSR Impact in Figures
The Manutan Group, a committed leader in B2B e-commerce, has set itself a mission: enterprising for a better world by building a sustainable B2B model in which everyone can grow and thrive. To achieve this, we focus on three high-impact pillars: contributing actively to a better society, a better planet, and a better business. Each of these pillars is supported by key performance indicators that are rigorously monitored, a snapshot of which is set out below.
A Better Society
We bring all our stakeholders on board by embracing each individual’s uniqueness and providing an environment that fosters growth and development. This is the essence of our social mission.
- Each employee benefits from an average of 17.7 hours of training per year, creating the right conditions for both personal and professional development.
- Each of our subsidiaries organises at least one social impact initiative per year, enabling employees to engage with their local communities.
- This year, 18 of our subsidiaries are certified Great Place to Work®, representing all eligible entities. This reflects our corporate culture, built on commitment, responsibility and boldness.
A Better Planet
In response to the environmental crisis, we are committed to being part of the solution. We mobilise our entire value chain and support it in achieving our net zero greenhouse gas emissions target.
- More than 94% of our electricity across the Group comes from renewable sources.
- Over the past three years, we have reduced our Scope 1 and 2 CO₂ emissions by 41%. By 2035, we aim to achieve net zero emissions across this scope for all our operational sites.
- Our 2030 climate trajectory has been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), confirming our alignment with the objectives of the Paris Agreement. We are now among the more than 10,000 companies whose emissions reduction targets have been approved.

- Reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 60%
- Increase renewable electricity usage from 62% to 100%
- Ensure that 70% of our suppliers, covering purchased goods and services, upstream/downstream transport and distribution, have SBTi-approved targets
- Reduce Scope 3 emissions by 42% for the use and end-of-life of products sold
A Better Business
We are transforming our commercial activities and their entire ecosystem to develop a new model that combines performance, sustainability and ethics. Our societal role is to create a virtuous circle that generates shared value.
- Our offering includes nearly 100,000 eco-responsible products. These are products made from at least 25% recycled materials and/or carrying a recognised environmental label and/or second-hand products (used or refurbished).
- Our Circular Hub, dedicated to giving used professional furniture a second life, is operating at full capacity. It currently refurbishes two product categories office and warehouse furniture for our markets in France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy.
- More than 34,000 products display an environmental impact score, based on a rigorous methodology assessed by Bureau Veritas. This system will be extended to our entire offering by the end of 2026.
