At Manutan, as the special point of contact for business teams in gathering, challenging, and structuring needs, the business analyst helps build the information system of tomorrow. They employ agile methods and open innovation to gain efficiency.

Their main tasks are to:

  • Gather business needs
  • Identify problems and find suitable solutions to respond to them
  • Draft specifications that detail the developments to be made
  • Coordinate the different stakeholders (business teams and various IT stakeholders)
  • Support the business teams in writing test cases and running them
