Elisa Radaelli

Procurement and product marketing manager
Manutan Italy

Internal mobility is a key driver of talent development and is deeply rooted in the Manutan Group’s DNA. Elisa Radaelli, procurement and product marketing manager at Manutan Italy, tells us about her career.

What has your journey at Manutan been like?

I joined Manutan Italy in 2010 as a customer marketing intern. After spending 11 years in that department, I was recently able to join the product marketing department. I saw a wonderful opportunity there to learn new things and expand my vision of marketing, by putting my knowledge into practice in another field.

How did this professional transition go?

When I started my job, I followed an integration course at Group scale. I went to the headquarters, in France, to meet my international colleagues (procurement, sourcing listing, CSR, regulatory watch, etc.) and familiarise myself with the processes.

Today, I’m improving my knowledge in the field as far as possible. I'm following continuous learning, given that I can always count on my colleagues from different departments to help me when I have doubts.

Which values are particularly important to you?

At Manutan, we love Human Relations and Goodwill. I’m convinced that this mindset creates a virtuous circle that enables you to progress, win and get through difficult situations together. Moving forward with a smile and transparency is important at work and in everyday life.

What advice would you give to an applicant or colleague to help them flourish at Manutan?

Don't hesitate to go off the beaten track! At Manutan, we always give the best of ourselves, while questioning how we accomplish our work. Here, we have room for error because it doesn’t mean failure but innovation or creativity instead.
