I'm really happy and proud to be part of the "Leaders of Tomorrow" programme. This programme is designed to help us grow as individuals and immerse us in the ideal environment for sharing our skills with our European colleagues while acquiring new skills. Lessons at the prestigious ESCP business school, a learning trip to Berlin... we learn, share and create as part of a fun atmosphere! I was impressed and highly inspired by our visit to Zalando, which offers an exceptional customer experience. I'm taking part in the big data project. It's a tremendous challenge, because it's a completely new topic for me. Thanks to the wealth of lessons learned, I can make my own contribution to the process.
