Kofi Konadu Britwum talks to us about his job as Data Manager at the Manutan Group.
Kofi Konadu Britwum began his studies in Ghana, then obtained his master’s degree in economics and data analytics at the Université Paris-Est Créteil. After honing his data management skills, he joined the Manutan Group, and more specifically our team specialising in mass referencing, over a year ago.
As Data Manager, he helps to create supplier offers on our websites, in collaboration with the marketing and purchasing teams. Kofi Konadu Britwum is the focal point for the various stakeholders. In particular, he supports the other teams in data management, and works with subsidiaries to extend their offering. Finally, he also supports suppliers throughout the referencing process.
What are the three essential qualities for success in this profession? “Vigilance to avoid unnecessary errors, proactivity to respond as effectively as possible to customer needs and communication,” he explains.
