When we started using virtual reality, we noticed that our customers were in awe at how we made complicated projects so simple! In addition, we can use our iPads to create quotations and drawings in real time. We can make adjustments on the spot, which improves our speed of response and efficiency.
Lastly, customers can also submit requests and receive quotations online, which is unique in our market. Initial feedback has been highly positive, especially when lead times are short. These few examples could be completed by many other projects led by our European colleagues within the Group.
