Quentin Bures

Head of Procurement Optimisation and Digitalisation
Manutan Group

Quentin shares insights into his role as Head of Procurement Optimisation and Digitalisation, and his daily activities within the Manutan group.

Quentin joined the Manutan group five years ago as a management controller. After two and a half years, he transitioned to the Customer Procurement Excellence Department, eventually assuming the role of Head of Procurement Optimisation and Digitalisation. Today, his teams are dedicated to supporting clients in optimising their procurement processes.

Throughout his journey, Quentin has undergone numerous training programs:

  • The "Manager" Program, equipping him with the skills needed for his role as a team leader.
  • The "Leaders of Tomorrow" Program, guiding him in his career development.
  • Lean Management, where he acquired robust skills in continuous improvement (he is now a certified Green Belt).

When not at his desk or in client meetings, you'll often find him at the Sports Centre engaged in a spirited game of badminton with colleagues who share his passion.

One of Manutan's CSR initiatives that Quentin values is the promotion of products manufactured in Europe, particularly in France. This approach guides clients in making informed purchasing decisions. "It contributes to the economic independence of our regions, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and sustains local employment."

At Manutan, we support our employees by creating the right conditions for their personal and professional development. Interested in joining our company? Explore our job opportunities today.
