The BSMART channel welcomes Manutan for a 5th 'SMART@WORK' broadcast

For a new edition of the SMART@WORK broadcast which Manutan partners, the programme invited Pierre-Olivier Brial, Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Broadcast on the BSMART television channel, the information media outlet which gives a platform to entrepreneurs, this edition addressed company culture.

There were two guests alongside the journalist Aurélie Planeix and Pierre-Olivier Brial for the debate:

• Patrick Vignaud, co-founder of B-Harmonist, a consulting firm specialising in company culture.

• Laetitia Bonnefoy, Human Resources Director at Le Bon Coin, the well-known small ads website. Due to the health restrictions, Laetitia Bonnefoy took part remotely.

The three experts discussed the topic of company culture and stated the essential factors in establishing it as well as bringing it to life on a daily basis and maintaining it over the long term.
