Franck de Saint Paul talks to us about feedback culture

7 September 2021

For the fifth year in a row, Manutan France is certified as one of the ‘Best Workplaces 2021’ by the Great Place to Work Institute. Among the many practices valued through this label is the ‘Feedback is a gift’ project which promotes the sharing of quality feedback between employees. As a real development driver at the European leader of B2B e-commerce, Franck de Saint Paul, Regional Key Accounts Manager, explains this initiative in a video.

In a few words, Franck de Saint Paul clarifies the basics of feedback culture: “gathering as much quality feedback as possible, as frequently as possible and with as many contacts as possible.”

This initiative has been rewarded on several occasions and enables each employee to identify their strengths as well as their areas for improvement in order to progress independently and proactively. Launched a little over two years ago as a pilot, this approach is being deployed across the Manutan group.
