Manutan France obtains the EcoVadis gold medal

This year, Manutan France has been awarded the gold medal by EcoVadis, the global performance assessment platform for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and responsible purchasing. After the silver medal, the European leader in B2B e-commerce specialising in the distribution of equipment for companies and local authorities has passed a major milestone which emphasises its continuous efforts in this field. 

With an overall score of 71/100, Manutan France is positioned in the Top 4% of companies assessed, across all business sectors.  This result is driven in particular by its progress in the social and human rights field, but mainly in terms of responsible purchasing (+10 points in one year, for the third year in a row).

Kevin Granado, Group Purchasing Manager, explains: “We’ve continued to incorporate the CSR strategy in all our processes. For example, we’ve put in place supplier assessments, initiated the signing of ethical charters and trained our teams on the issue. This enables us to engage our suppliers, manage our risks better and identify opportunities.

This label, which is now an international standard, confirms the company’s CSR commitments, in line with its mission ‘Entrepreneurship for a Better World’. This also highlights its stakeholders’ desire to defend the same beliefs in terms of sustainable development.
