Manutan & Ateliers Sans Frontières: a high-impact commitment

The Manutan Group is committed to enterprising for a better World by reconciling performance with positive impact. It's with this goal in mind that we've partnered with Ateliers Sans Frontières, part of the Arès group, France's leading organisation for professional integration, to offer circular services to our clients. Let's delve into the highlights of our social commitments in the year 2023.

Last year, seven employees undergoing integration had the opportunity to be trained and guided through our activities. They had the chance to explore various trades, learn techniques, and enhance their skills.

Working alongside us, they became acquainted with the reuse sector by giving a new lease of life to old IT equipment and furniture from companies. They were involved in inventories, data erasure, certified information collection, and even in the production of upcycled furniture.

This type of partnership allows individuals facing exclusion to gradually find their way back into employment and (re)build their life projects. It resonates with our entrepreneurial vision and our commitment to contribute to a better society.

As an Integration Workshop, Ateliers Sans Frontières support vulnerable individuals in regaining their dignity, rebuilding their life projects, and stabilizing their personal and professional situations. This is achieved through socially or environmentally impactful activities, giving meaning to their journey and reinforcing their motivation.
