The Manutan Group reinforces the central role of CSR in its governance with the appointment of Nisrene Haddad to the Group Executive Committee

17 December 2025

The Manutan Group, a leading European B2B e-commerce player specialising in the distribution of equipment and supplies to enterprise and local authorities, announces the appointment of Nisrene Haddad, Group CSR Director, to its Group Management Board. This development reflects the Group’s determination to further embed corporate social responsibility at the heart of its development and integrate it at the highest level of governance.

As the Group’s strategic leadership body, the Group Management Board defines and implements Manutan’s mission and strategy, coordinates key projects and activities, and drives overall performance.

CSR fully embedded in strategic decision-making

Group CSR Director since 2021, Nisrene Haddad leads the Manutan Group’s environmental and social strategy in close collaboration with all business functions. Her presence on the Group Management Board underlines the Group’s commitment to taking CSR issues into account in every strategic decision. This appointment strengthens the company’s momentum driven by the Group’s mission – “enterprising for a better World” – by building a sustainable B2B model where everyone can develop and progress.

Under Nisrene Haddad’s leadership, the Manutan Group has notably defined a trajectory aligned with the Paris Agreement, with targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). These commitments now shape the Group’s decisions and guide the support provided to customers and suppliers towards more responsible use of resources.

Within the Management Board, Nisrene Haddad will continue to accelerate the integration of CSR into the Group’s overall strategy, structured around three pillars that make it a genuine driver of value creation:

Better planet: striving for net zero greenhouse gas emissions and encouraging stakeholders to do the same;

Better society: putting the promise of inclusion and diversity into practice by enabling everyone to find their place and express their individuality, notably through the Manutan Social Fund, which supports the Group’s solidarity and charitable initiatives;

Better business: innovating by offering eco-responsible products and services that meet customer needs, and guiding the Group’s entire ecosystem towards a circular economy.

“Nisrene’s appointment to the Group Management Board marks an important milestone. Her expertise, international outlook and ability to engage teams will be major assets in making CSR a lever for sustainable performance, in service of our mission and our stakeholders,” said Xavier Guichard, Chairman of the Manutan Group.

“CSR is now a key lever for long-term resilience and value creation. The Manutan Group’s decision to integrate this function within its Group Management Board reflects our determination to build a more responsible model and to turn our ambitions into measurable and sustainable impact, alongside our teams and partners,” added Nisrene Haddad, Group CSR Director at Manutan.
