Manutan Group becomes a partner of Rugby Club Paris 15

19 December 2025

At Manutan Group, we firmly believe that everyone has a part to play in enterprising for a better World. That’s why we launched a call for positive-impact projects among our teams, as part of the creation of our new charitable and solidarity-focused fund, the Manutan Social Fund. One of the selected initiatives is led by Clara Masse, Group Private Label Project Manager: supporting Rugby Club Paris 15, France’s largest amateur rugby club and a powerful force for social good, championing values close to our hearts such as inclusion through sport, diversity, and community spirit.

A club committed to serving society

With more than 950 registered members and a strong volunteer network, Rugby Club Paris 15 (RCP15) stands out for its meaningful social impact. The club actively promotes women’s rugby, supports young people from underprivileged neighbourhoods in their personal development, and helps vulnerable groups — including elderly or ill individuals — to maintain regular physical activity.

RCP15 is also the first club to receive the “Club Engagé” label from the French Rugby Federation, recognising its outstanding work promoting inclusion and citizenship.

Clara Masse explains: “It was the very first place I visited when I moved to Paris, and it quickly became a second family. I’m there for every training session and every match, and I also volunteer at the club’s events. Through this partnership, I want to help my club grow and shine even more brightly, with the support of Manutan Group.”

A partnership with real purpose

We have always believed in the role of sport as a powerful driver of inclusion and social integration. Through this partnership, the Group aims to support the club’s development, with a clear ambition: making sport accessible to all.

This commitment takes the form of both financial and material support. Our fund contributes to the club’s operating costs, while Casal Sport — our subsidiary specialising in sports equipment — donates products to kit out the players (shirts, armbands, balls, and more) and invites them to test new samples to gather feedback from the field.

At the same time, we want to bring our teams on board. Clara Masse is already exploring ways to involve colleagues in volunteer initiatives, children’s mentoring, and introductory rugby activities.

This partnership reflects our desire to support projects championed by our employees and aligned with our values, all for the benefit of a better society. It marks the beginning of a series of socially impactful initiatives supported by the Manutan Social Fund.

Manutan Group is also a partner of:

  • Sport dans la Ville, an organisation supporting professional integration through sport
  • Novosports, an association promoting inclusion through sport
  • The French Federation for Corporate Sport (FFSE)
