Eight Manutan Group subsidiaries recognised in the Best Workplaces 2026 rankings

This year, the Manutan Group, European leader in B2B e-commerce, has once again been recognised in the rankings of organisations where people enjoy working, compiled by the Great Place to Work® Institute. In this year’s edition, all of the Group’s French and UK subsidiaries have been included in their respective Best Workplaces™ 2026 rankings. These distinctions recognise our strategy of placing employee development and a positive working environment at the heart of our priorities. 

9th Best Workplaces France 2026 

Our four subsidiaries based in France - Manutan, Manutan Collectivités, Casal Sport, and Pichon - have ranked 9th among the ‘Best Workplaces France 2026’ out of 39 companies surveyed in the 1,000 to 2,500 employees category.

Overall, 77% of our employees in France consider Manutan Group to be a great place to work. Many also highlight the company’s responsible and fulfilling working environment. 

Key figures 

• 95% believe that workplace safety conditions are fully met. 
• 92% say they are treated fairly regardless of gender or background. 
• 90% appreciate the company’s contribution to society. 
• 89% feel that the premises and equipment help create a pleasant working environment. 
• 83% believe management runs the business honestly and in line with strong ethical principles. 

76/100 UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 

Our UK-based subsidiaries: Manutan UK, Findel, IronmongeryDirect and Rapid Racking, ranked 76/100 in the Best Workplaces UK 2026 list in the 200 to 1,000 employees category. 

In the United Kingdom, 80% of our employees consider Manutan Group to be a great place to work. They particularly value the supportive environment that encourages authenticity and values diversity.

• 93% believe that new employees receive a warm welcome. 
• 88% feel able to take time off when they believe it is necessary.
