Manutan Social Fund backs three new socially impactful projects
In 2025, Manutan Group launched the Manutan Social Fund, an internal initiative designed to support charitable and community projects led by subsidiaries and employees across Europe. The aim is to give greater structure, momentum and meaning to our societal commitment, in line with our mission to enterprise for a better World. In recent months, the Manutan Social Fund has supported two new projects benefiting the Orry Film Festival and the Chantilly Triathlon Club.
Encouraging creativity and learning through film
For the past five years, the Orry Film Festival has become a key cultural event in the Oise region. Virginie Gaspar, Trade Marketing Lead at Manutan Group, serves as the Festival’s President, helping to foster connections between film professionals and emerging young talent.
As an official partner of the 2026 edition, the Manutan Social Fund is providing financial support for an educational programme for pupils at Collège de Servois in La Chapelle-en-Serval. Around thirty teenagers took part in a year-long immersion in the world of cinema, learning about scriptwriting, set design, sound effects and editing, culminating in the screening of their own short films at the festival. A strong commitment to inclusive education and nurturing artistic vocations.
Making sport accessible to younger generations
The Chantilly Triathlon Club has a clear ambition: to make the sport accessible to everyone, particularly young people. As the cost of equipment can be a barrier, the club ensures that financial constraints never prevent children from taking part or progressing across the three disciplines of triathlon: swimming, cycling and running. As part of this commitment, the club provides kit free of charge to all its young members.
As the club’s existing suits needed replacing, the Manutan Social Fund donated 50 new kits to the club’s young athletes. This project is led by Mariana Aburculesei, Senior Internal Auditor at Manutan Group and a club member herself.
